I serve as the Program Director for the Lancaster TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) Program for PA CareerLink® Lancaster County. Our programs are under the TANF EARN umbrella (Employment Advancement and Retention Network), Work Ready, and SNAP EARN Programs. Our program goal is based on human-centered design by placing the needs of the individual first. We provide services that include education and training opportunities to promote family economic stability. We offer case management, coaching, licensed counseling, and peer-to-peer experiences.
