Thanks to a partnership between Career Ready Lancaster! and The Pennsylvania College of Art and Design, three videos were created called How Cool is That!. These videos are designed to take a look at the behind the scenes of Lancaster County businesses and show off what they do.

Career Ready Lancaster! (CRL!) is a career pathways partnership linking people with careers. Established in 2019 by the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board, CRL! works collaboratively with educators, business, and community partners to develop a quality workforce for a strong local economy.
