As the Adult and Dislocated Worker Program Manager at PA CareerLink® Lancaster County, I oversee the daily operations of our adult program as we provide assistance to serve the adult population looking for employment. We assist with barrier remediation, skill development, and attainment. I take pleasure in ensuring that our customers get the services and support that they need to be successful in their career journey. We also have staff located throughout the Lancaster County community to meet our customers providing convenience.
