PA Broadband Connectivity and Digital Access Survey

As the recent pandemic has shown, having connection to the internet is even more necessary than before. In response to this, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has created a survey in order to outline the creation of a 5-Year Action Plan and Digital Equity Plan, which will help federal funding invest in local communities. Participation is voluntary. If you do chose to participate, your responses will remain anonymous.
