The Pennsylvania Workforce Development Act (PA WDA) requires the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board (PA WDB) to submit an annual report to the General Assembly by March 1 of each calendar year. The PA WDA requires that local workforce development boards (LWDBs) submit an
annual report to the PA WDB, and that these annual reports be included in the PA WDB’s annual report. The LCWDB is proud to share it’s annual highlights for 2021 and how we have contributed to the the five broad goals of the WIOA Combined State Plan which include: Career Pathways and Apprenticeship, Sector Strategies and Employer Engagement, Youth, Continuous Improvement of Workforce Development System and Strengthening the One-Stop System.
