Lancaster Workforce Development Board will be recognizing and celebrating success stories of Indigenous community members who have launched rewarding careers in the skilled trades. We are encouraging and supporting our Indigenous community members with free Edge Factor tools to explore industries and career opportunities, discover STEAM on-the-job, and learn about soft skills! Join us as we will be engaging students, jobseekers, educators, parents, and families in our community by hosting a virtual presentation that showcases the Indigenous community members who have launched successful careers in the skilled trades.
