November Data Release

The seasonally adjusted* unemployment rate in Lancaster increased 0.1 percentage points over the month to 4.3% in October, tying with Bucks County for 10th lowest rate in the state. 900 Lancaster residents gained employment in October, but non-farm jobs decreased in the County by -100. Over the month, only 2 of the 10 super-sectors were down, and over the year, Leisure and Hospitality was up 1,300. View the Workforce Information News Release y County Profile for more information.
