Are you a training provider with programs for in-demand jobs?
Now’s your chance to connect with WIOA-funded jobseekers and expand your impact. The Lancaster County Workforce Development Board is pleased to announce that applications are now open for Pennsylvania’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) – your link to public workforce funding and a stronger local talent pipeline.
The ETPL is a state-approved list of education and training programs that meet quality and performance standards and align with in-demand occupations across Pennsylvania. This list is a powerful tool that helps ensure public workforce funds support high-quality programs that lead to real employment outcomes for jobseekers.
For training providers, being listed on the ETPL means:
- You can enroll WIOA-funded participants in your programs
- You’re eligible to receive tuition funding through WIOA
- Your programs can be promoted through PA CareerLink® and other workforce development channels
- You can help strengthen regional workforce pipelines by aligning with local labor market demand
Annual Process & Guide for Providers
The statewide ETPL is updated annually, and training providers must reapply for continued eligibility to remain on the list. Applications are accepted year-round, but ongoing participation requires meeting performance benchmarks and compliance standards.
To assist providers, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has released a Desk Guide for training providers navigating the ETPL process. This guide outlines:
- Application procedures
- Reporting requirements
- Eligibility criteria
- Changes to the CWDS and PA CareerLink® systems
