Labor Market

With the diversification of industry in Lancaster County, the labor market in the area is undergoing major shifts as employers struggle to compete in the global marketplace. Technology is driving change as low-skill, low-wage jobs are replaced by gold collar jobs (high-skill, high-wage, high-demand).
