On April 28, there will be a Veterans Hiring Fair at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave, Building 37, Lebanon, PA.  Onsite interviews will be conducted.

The Veterans Hiring Fair is from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and is for VETERANS ONLY.  The participating employers include:  Bell and Evans, Butler/Bluescope, Cinteot Inc., Commuter Services, Country Meadows Retirement Communtiy, Dawn Food Products, Inc., DHL, Dieffenbach's Potato Chips, GAF, Hershey Medical Center, Macys, Pennsylvania State Police, Securitas USA, Seneca Foods Corp., Schott North America, Inc., Sherwin-Wlliams, Speedway, Supreme Corp., United CoolAir Corp., and WellSpan Health.

WIB Overview

Founded in 1999 as the successor organization to the Lancaster County Private Industry Council, the Lancaster County Workforce Investment Board has a mandate through the federal Workforce Investment Act of 1998 to be the lead organization in Lancaster County for workforce planning, to cooperate with State officials in providing business with locally-validated labor market information, and to arrange for a service delivery system that meets the workforce needs of business and the public alike.
